1. Vehicle Returns

We want all our customers to be happy with their vehicle purchase. If, within 60 days of purchase, you are not fully satisfied with your vehicle, we offer a return option under specific conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The vehicle must be in the same condition as when it was delivered or picked up, with no alterations, modifications, or damages.
  • The return request must be made within 60 days of the purchase date.
  • The vehicle’s mileage must not exceed 100 miles from the time of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase (bill of sale, receipt, or order confirmation) is required.
  • The vehicle must be returned to Bradly Texas Cars Sales’s location: 15718 N Interstate Hwy 35, Austin, TX 78728

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom modifications or vehicle alterations.

2. Refunds Policy

If you decide to return a vehicle within the specified period, we will process your refund after the return is verified and inspected.

Refund Process

  • Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the vehicle has been inspected and returned in satisfactory condition.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued as per the original method of payment that was agreed prior purchase.
  • Non-refundable Items: Certain fees (such as registration, taxes, and financing fees) are non-refundable.

3. Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your vehicle and would prefer to exchange it for a different model or specifications, we offer an exchange option based on availability. To initiate an exchange:

  • The vehicle must meet the same conditions as the return policy (within 60 days and in original condition).
  • Any difference in price between the two vehicles will be settled at the time of exchange.

4. Damaged or Defective Vehicles

If your vehicle is delivered damaged or with a mechanical defect, please contact us as soon as possible. In such cases, we will:

  • Assess the damage or defect.
  • Offer a full refund or replacement vehicle at no additional cost, depending on the situation.

We recommend inspecting the vehicle thoroughly upon delivery or pick-up to ensure it is free of damages or defects.

5. Vehicle Financing

If you financed the vehicle through Bradly Texas Cars Sales, any return will be processed in accordance with the finance terms and conditions. Please note that refunds may be subject to the approval of your financial institution or lender.
